Joseph Irby - President

Mr. Irby is an Insurance Agent for Tedford Insurance Agency in Chandler. He graduated from Hudson High School in Lufkin, Texas and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He attended Texas A&M University, where he studied Electronic Technology. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is a past president of the Chandler Lions Club and currently serves as the Secretary. He is a member of the American Legion and serves as the Church Council Chairman for the First United Methodist Church in Chandler. Joseph and his wife, Tracy has lived in Chandler since 1998. They have two children, Drake and Claire.

His vision for the Chandler Public School District is to work hard to ensure that our children have a multi-faceted education and that we always provide them with the personnel and tools needed in order for their dreams to become a reality.
