Chandler Public Schools

Our first Staff Spotlight of 2017 is Whitney Roberts. Whitney is the secretary for Park Road Elementary. A CHS graduate, she has worked for Chandler Public Schools for the past 10 years.  

Q  What do you enjoy most about working for the school?
A  I truly enjoy the kids. You can walk in the building and instantly be greeted with a hug. 

Q  If you could do any job (anywhere) for just one day, what would you do?
A  I would love to be an Ultra Sound Tech. I love working with kids. But I would truly LOVE to see beautiful babies all day long! 

Q  What three words would people use to describe you?
A  I guess it depends on who you talk to! But if I had three words, they would be genuine, smiley and fun! 

Q  Best vacation you've ever taken? 
A  My favorite vacation was going to NYC with my family. That is my favorite place of ALL time. 

Q  What’s your favorite movie and/or book?
A  Me Before You

Q  Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
A  I don't know if anything will surprise you guys. I'm pretty crazy and will try anything! 

Whitney has two children attending Chandler schools: Tallan, age 7 is in first grade and Natalie, age 5 is in Pre-K. In her free time Whitney loves to read. She admits when she’s not being lazy she loves to run; saying it is the best for when you are having a long day.
