Enrollment

New and Returning Students

All student’s Pre- K to 12th grade Must pre-enroll. All outstanding fees/balances MUST be paid and school books/computers from previous year Must be checked in before your student’s registration will be approved for enrollment.

Enrollment Process

Step 1: From home you will be able to access the link to enroll your student. For returning students the enrollment link can be found in your Parent Portal (Click three lines on top left, click more, & then Online Registration) or you can click the link below. You will complete ONE application per family to include ALL students, returning and new students in your household.

Step 2: ALL guardians will be required to come to the Media Center on the following dates to complete their student’s enrollment. See below the dates and times, and required documentation to bring.

Returning students need to enroll through their parent portal. If you do not have your login information please contact Christon Cummings at: christon.cummings@chandlerlions.org

Everyone will be required to provide proof of residency at the time of enrollment. The ONLY documentation that will
be accepted for proof of residency will be a Current Water bill, Electric bill or Gas bill (dated within the last 30 days).

Vaccinations: Pre-k and all new students will need to provide a copy of their shot records. Students entering the 7th
grade are required by law to have their TDAP vaccination. These are available at the local Health Department.

Free & Reduced Meal Application: MEALS WILL NOT BE FREE FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR. All families are
encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Form. Your participation helps our School District with funding. You can access
the form from our school website. You can fill it out, print it and bring it to enrollment, or you can fill out the form in
person at Enrollment.

You will receive a confirmation email once Chandler Public Schools approves your completed registration. IF you are a
new student, the email will provide instructions for creating your online parent portal account. You will use the parent
portal to access up-to-date information about your student(s) grades, lunch account and announcements, etc.
