Enrollment Process
• Step 1: From home you will be able to access the link to enroll your student. You will complete ONE application per family to include ALL students, returning and new students in your household.
• Step 2: ALL guardians will be required to come to the Media Center to complete their student’s enrollment. Required documentation includes: Proof of Residency and Vaccinations
Everyone will be required to provide proof of residency at the time of enrollment. The ONLY documentation that will
be accepted for proof of residency will be a Current Water bill, Electric bill or Gas bill (dated within the last 30 days).
Vaccinations: All new students will need to provide a copy of their shot records. Students entering the 7th
grade are required by law to have their TDAP vaccination. These are available at the local Health Department.
Free & Reduced Meal Application: MEALS WILL NOT BE FREE FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR. All families are
encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Form. Your participation helps our School District with funding. You can access
the form from our school website. You can fill it out, print it and bring it to enrollment, or you can fill out the form in
person at Enrollment.
You will receive a confirmation email once Chandler Public Schools approves your completed registration. If you are a
new student, the email will provide instructions for creating your online parent portal account. You will use the parent
portal to access up-to-date information about your student(s) grades, lunch account and announcements, etc.
