Q  What led you to teaching?
A   I was fortunate enough to have some really great teachers growing up and always wanted to impact children the way they impacted me.

Q   Did you have anyone who influenced your decision to become an educator?
A   I had many wonderful teachers, but I will always remember Mrs. Kimble and the positive influence she had. She made me love to come to school daily.

Q   What would you say most motivates you to teach?
A   I am motivated to teach because I believe that every child deserves to have someone that believes in them and pushes them to be the best person they can be.

Q   What are you most excited or passionate about?
A   Teaching each of my students to be kind compassionate individuals and to never stop learning.

Q   What do you find most challenging about being a teacher?
A   Expectations from people that have never stepped foot in a classroom.

Q   What's the best thing to happen since you started teaching?
A   Watching former students become successful adults.

Q   What profession other than your own would you most like to attempt?
A   I would love to be a pediatrician.

Q   What are three things every teacher should own?
A   Chocolate (lots of chocolate), caffeine, and a whistle.
