Enrollment Is Open!

All student’s Pre-K to 12 th grade MUST pre-enroll. All outstanding fees/balances MUST be paid and school books/computers from previous year MUST be checked in before your student’s registration will be approved for enrollment.

Enrollment Process-Existing Families

Aug 1st 9:00AM-5PM    Aug 2nd 12:00PM-8:00PM    Aug 3rd 7:30AM-4:00PM

  • Step 1: From home you will be able to access the online registration for your student. For returning students the enrollment process is started in your Parent Portal (Click three lines on top left, click more, and then Online Registration). You will complete ONE application per family to include ALL students, returning and NEW students in your household. If you are needing your parent portal set up or your password reset, please email: for assistance.
  • Step 2: ALL guardians will be required to come to the Media Center on the following dates to complete their student’s enrollment. See the dates and times listed above, and check out the Required documentation listed below to know what is acceptable to bring.

Enrollment Process-New Families to our District

Aug 4th 7:30AM-4:00PM - New Families to our District Only

  • ALL guardians that will be new to our district will be required to come to the Media Center on the above listed date to complete their student’s enrollment. See below the Required documentation to bring. Staff will assist you in enrolling your new student(s).

Everyone will be required to provide proof of residency at the time of enrollment. The ONLY documentation that will be accepted for proof of residency will be a Current Water bill, Electric bill or Gas bill (dated within the last 30 days).

Vaccinations: Pre-k and all new students will need to provide a copy of their shot records. Students entering the 7th grade are required by law to have their TDAP vaccination. These are available at the local Health Department.

Free & Reduced Meal Application: MEALS WILL NOT BE FREE FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR. All families are encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Form. Your participation helps our School District with funding. You can access the form below. You can fill it out, print it and bring it to enrollment, or you can fill out the form in person at Enrollment. You will receive a confirmation email once Chandler Public Schools approves your completed registration.

You will use the parent portal to access up-to-date information about your student(s) grades, lunch account and announcements, etc.
