The enrollment process for NEW FAMILIES ONLY starts with ONLINE REGISTRATION

 

Enrollment Process for Returning Families and Pre-Existing Students

  • Step 1: COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION FROM HOME. You will be able to access the online registration in the Infinite Campus App. Use the Parent Portal 
    Click three lines on top left, click more, and then Online Registration. You will complete ONE application per family to include ALL students, returning and NEW students in your household.

  • Step 2: ALL guardians will be required to come to the Media Center on the assigned dates to complete their student’s enrollment. See the dates and times listed above, and check out the Required documentation listed below to know what is acceptable to bring.

All student’s Pre-K to 12th grade must pre-enroll. All outstanding lunch account balances and fees must be paid, as well as school books/computers from previous year must be checked in before your student’s enrollment.

Everyone will be required to provide proof of residency at the time of enrollment. The ONLY documentation that will be accepted for proof of residency will be a Current Water bill, Electric bill or Gas bill (dated within the last 30 days).

Vaccinations: Pre-k and all new students will need to provide a copy of their shot records. Students entering the 7th grade are required by law to have their TDAP vaccination. These are available at the local Health Department.

Free & Reduced Meal Application: All families are encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Form. Your participation helps our School District with funding. You can access the form below. You can fill it out, print it and bring it to enrollment, or you can fill out the form in person at enrollment.

 

To complete enrollment the in person dates are
August 3 – 9:00am-5:00pm
August 4 – 10:00am – 6:00pm
August 5 – 10:00am – 6:00pm

You will receive a confirmation email once Chandler Public Schools approves your completed registration. You will use the parent portal to access up-to-date information about your student(s) grades, lunch account and announcements, etc.
